Five years later, I am finally back to a healthy weight and feeling strong, 19 months after our third baby girl. Throughout this journey, I’ve learned so much about resilience and self-care, and I’m passionate about sharing these insights. As I prepare for the possibility of more children, I’ll document my efforts to build strength and maintain health, sharing my choices and movements during and after future pregnancies to inspire others.
